  • Third-party advertising costs and platform fees
  • Custom development work that has been delivered
  • Consulting services after initial consultation

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible timeframe with your project details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service by notifying us in writing. Cancellations made after the start of a project may be subject to partial charges based on work completed. Please refer to your service agreement for specific cancellation terms.
